What reader doesn’t like sharing about their favorite books? I know I do. So I thought it would be fun to do an original tag titled All The Books I Love.
What Was Your Favorite Book Series As A Kid?
I absolutely love the American Girl books growing up. We used to make weekly trips to the library and I would grab several each trip. My favorites were Molly and Julie.
What’s Your Favorite Series As An Adult?
This changes pretty regularly. As of right now, I would say the Emmy Lake Chronicles by A.J. Pearce.
What Is Your Favorite Stand-Alone?
As of right now, The Blackout Book Club by Amy Lynn Green.
Do You Enjoy Reading Nonfiction?
For the most part, yes. When it comes to nonfiction, I typically read memoirs and occasionally self-help.
I don’t care for nonfiction that’s dry and reads like an academic paper.
Name A Book That You Could Read Over And Over Again.
I have several books that are like that. Off the top of my head, The Help by Kathryn Stockett, Dear Mrs. Bird by A.J. Pearce, and Written in the Stars by Lois Duncan.
How Often Do You Recommend Your Favorite Books To People?
I recommend my favorites a lot. For me, one of the best parts of being a blogger is sharing all of my favorite books with my readers in hopes that they will love them too.
Do Ever Read Other People’s Favorites When They Recommend Them?
Sometimes! I will usually look the book up on Goodreads and if it sounds like something I will enjoy, I add it to my TBR.
This has been happening a lot lately, so my Goodreads TBR is now at a total of 188 books.
How Do React When Someone Loves The Same Book As You?
I get so excited! It’s awesome how people who may not even know each other can talk about a book they both love.
What Was Your Last 5 Star Read?
I don’t give out 5 stars very easily. The last book I gave five stars to was The Blackout Book Club by Amy Lynn Green.
Did You Ever Read A Book For School That You Absolutely Loved?
There were a few. When I got into high school, because I was homeschooled, I was allowed to pick my own books to read for school.
The one that I remember liking the most is Around The World In Eighty Days by Jules Verne. It had all of the elements you could ask for in an adventure novel. Plus, one of my inspirations, a journalist Nellie Bly, completed the journey in real life.
Final Thoughts
I hope you’ve enjoyed this book tag. Consider yourself tagged!

Love this! I am always looking for my next read. I can also reread The Help by Kathryn Stockett over and over again. I just finished it this past Monday.

My first favorite book was in-maybe 4thgrade? I remember it being cold and I spent all day under the electric blanket reading The Westing Game from start to finish. As an adult, I really love The Time Travelers Wife.
Great post. I look forward to your next one!
