Welcome to my blog! My Name is Cassandra. I am twenty-something from the Midwestern United States who actively participates in several “grandma hobbies”, while living my best life as a teacher, book worm, and a lover of Oxford Commas.

In 2023, I finally decided to start blogging after dreaming about it for almost a decade.

In this little corner of the web you’ll find lots of book-related and Bible-based content with some humor and hope tossed in.

Meet The Blogger

Growing up I usually either had my nose in a book or a pencil in my hand writing my own happy endings. Since then I’ve wanted to be a writer in some capacity.

After high school, I worked for online lifestyle magazine for nearly three years. While I loved my time there, I wanted to write my own stories. So I started this blog and dove back into into writing fiction. I started writing a novel again, (I started one in high school and it wasn’t great).

Currently, besides working towards becoming a published author and writing on the blog, I am a teacher to some amazing kids.

It’s not perfect or easy, but I thank God everyday for everything he’s given me.
