(On Goodreads, there is a group called Top Five Wednesday. The each month they release weekly themes for book blogger and authortubers to writing or talk about.)
This week’s Top 5 Wednesday prompt is random picks from your bookshelves, blindfolded. I have several bookshelves, so I tried to do a blindfolded pick per shelf.

The classic story of an aging brother and sister on Prince Edward Island Canada who decide to adopt a boy of 11 or 12 to help out around their farm. Instead, they end up with imaginative redhead Anne Shirley.
This is one of my favorite books from when I was a kid. And it makes a great read aloud book.

She’s trained for every scenario that involves repelling off a roof or breaking into a top secret facility, but when she meets a ordinary boy who knows nothing about who really is. Can they have a real relationship?
This is the first book of the Gallagher Girls series. I first read these books in high school and I absolutely loved them. Ally Carter has such a cool and fun writing voice.
